It is unlikely to happen but If your package is lost, a new one will be sent to you promptly as a replacement.

In case we attempted to deliver your package it got sent back to us, we will re-ship it in 25% additional fee + $15 to cover the shipping and handling fees.
That also applies in cases of wrong or insufficient address given by the customer.

What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?    
womensnowboot.com has well trained quality assurance team which inspects each item before departure. Also, each item is doubled-boxed.
It's very unlikely to receive damaged items, but in some rare cases it could happen due to carriers' inappropriate care.
In that case, you need to inform our costumer service immediately upon receipt. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement.
We can not guarantee the condition of the shoes box.

Can there be color differences between the photos and the shoes I receive?
Some shoes are made in several editions, sometimes in gaps of years between them. Original materials and fabrics that were originally used for manufacturing the first edition are no longer being made.
Therefore some shoes from different editions might have slight differences in shades or materials. (fabrics, laces, etc)
