We ship only to your confirmed address. (The address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your account)
* Normal order cut-off time is 12:00 PM Pacific Time (3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time) every day to process on the next business day, and Ship out on the following business day, Each Order takes 48 hours processing time.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient address info, bad weather, holidays, or carrier complications.
* Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.
* We don't accept P.O. box as a shipping address.
* Delivery time shipping is 7-10 business days (In some rare occasions delivery may take up to 14 days).
* Business Days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Return

In the highly unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with your womensnowboot.com purchase, you can return your womensnowboot.compurchase (in unworn condition) free of charge up to 30 days after the original purchase date for a full refund.

Keep in mind that we don’t want your smelly old shoes. "Unworn Condition" means the product is in its original condition, shipped in its original packaging (including manufacturer's box) and with its original tags. Any product showing signs of evident wear, not returned in the condition in which it was shipped or returned with manufacturer’s box as the external shipping box will not be accepted. The product will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
